This collection is inspired by my favorite book, ‘The Secret Garden’. When I was young I wasn’t much of a reader, my dyslexia got in the way of that, but when I started reading the secret garden I couldn’t put it down. I absolutely loved the idea of a beautiful hideaway where you could be alone and enjoy only the company of nature. I know that isn’t necessarily the point of the story but ever since I have always wanted to create my own secret garden one day. Maybe behind an ivy-covered wall just like in the story where it can be full of big and beautiful flowers of all colors and shapes like these paintings.

Framed using a double circle mount, plexiglass and box frame. This drawing is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and includes a certificate of authenticity.
